There are always going to be high end options that are available, regardless of what it is that you're trying to do. When it comes to trading on the Forex market, Dukascopy is going to be the cream of the crop, which will make some people very happy but it will put them out of the reach of many others.

Dukascopy is a Swiss Forex trading platform, and they are generally reserved for larger institutions. They do have a few options that are available for the average trader on the Internet, but it seems as if it may be out of reach for most of them. Even so, we thought that we would take a look at this platform because of some of the claims that they made on their front page.

What it Claims to Do…

We were very interested whenever we looked at the Dukascopy homepage, because they have quite an Internet presence. A number of different options are available to the initial trader, which included a number of different contact options that were rather interesting. Although most trading platforms will only give you access to online chat through their web interface, Dukascopy had a Skype address which was very easy to contact.

Dukascopy has a number of different tools that are available on the inside of the account which can help to make your trading a lot easier as well. Along with that, you have the availability of a demo account which can give you the opportunity to get inside and look around.

The initial deposit for a Dukascopy account is $50,000. This may put Dukascopy out of the range for some traders but others will appreciate the fact that they are putting their money into an account with so many various options that are available.

What it Actually Does…

Dukascopy did an excellent job of meeting up with all of our expectations, and we really didn't expect them to fall short in many areas. We loved the web interface, as it was simplistic to travel through and we were able to find our way to the various areas where we needed to be.

The online contact was perhaps one of our favorites, as we were able to get almost instant answers for any questions that we had. It helped to make the entire process a smooth one.

Conclusion:

Although this may be out of the reach because of the deposit for many traders, Dukascopy will continue to be at the top of their field for those that are really serious about making money on the Forex market. If you are looking for a trading platform that is rock solid, Dukascopy is one that we would highly recommend.
